How the Training Pathway Works

Athletes train across multiple sports and physical disciplines each week. Sessions are intentionally scheduled to balance skill exposure, physical load, and recovery. Each module contributes to transferable athletic development, building a broad foundation before future sport specialisation.

Training Location

STRYDE partners with specialised facilities across Singapore to deliver each discipline in the most appropriate environment — including tracks, gyms, pools, and sport-specific venues.
