The Specialist Edge Track is for children who are already training and competing in a primary sport, including those preparing for DSA sports trials. Two STRYDE sessions per week, structured around your child's existing training load.

Multi-Sport Track

Full access to all six sport disciplines, with specialist coaching sessions each week and a monthly progress update from coaches. Children progress when their coaches recommend it, not when the calendar says so.

The goal is to develop the physical and perceptual qualities their primary sport demands, without disrupting their current training or competition schedule. For children targeting DSA, this means building the movement quality, adaptability, and composure under pressure that secondary school selectors assess alongside sport-specific performance.
