How the Training Pathway Works
At STRYDE Athletic, our training pathway is designed to develop complete athletes over time, not rush children into early specialisation.
Rather than focusing on a single sport too early, athletes train across multiple disciplines to build a strong athletic foundation first. This approach develops coordination, strength, movement intelligence, and confidence that transfer across all sports.
Our pathway increases training exposure gradually as athletes grow in experience, interest, and physical capacity.
Long-Term Athlete Growth
By developing athletes through a structured multi-sport pathway, STRYDE supports long-term engagement in sport. Athletes gain the foundations needed to pursue competitive pathways later while maintaining enjoyment and confidence in their training.
Our goal is simple:
develop athletes who move well, think well, and stay in sport for life.
Training Location
STRYDE partners with specialised facilities across Singapore to deliver each discipline in the most appropriate environment — including tracks, gyms, pools, and sport-specific venues.
Final venue details are shared prior to programme commencement.
STRYDE Pathways
No prior sports experience required.
2 Sports per Week
STRYDE Foundation is designed for young athletes beginning their structured athletic journey. Training twice per week provides consistent exposure to different sports while allowing children to balance school, rest, and other activities.
Athletes experience multiple sporting environments, helping them develop coordination, movement confidence, and a strong athletic base without excessive training load.
Through guided sessions with specialist coaches, children begin building the physical and mental foundations that support long-term athletic development.
