STRYDE Progression represents the core development pathway of the program. With four training sessions each week, athletes experience regular exposure to a wide range of sports and movement challenges.

At this level, athletic qualities such as coordination, strength, agility, and decision-making develop more rapidly due to consistent training frequency.

Athletes begin to build stronger physical resilience while maintaining the variety that supports long-term development and sustained motivation.
