September Holiday Trials
Five sports. Five days. One week to try them all.
Strength & Conditioning, Judo, Climbing, Track and Basketball, each led by a specialist coach.
Five sports. One athletic foundation.
Each sport asks something different of a child. Across the week, they'll sprint, jump, lift, climb, grapple and move through games.
The idea is simple. Give them broad exposure and build the physical qualities that carry across every sport they play.
- Sprinting, jumping and landing
- Strength, balance and body control
- Coordination, agility and movement
Five mornings. Five sports.
Each morning covers one discipline, led by the coach who specialises in it. Book the full week.

National-level coaches.
Every STRYDE coach is a specialist, not a generalist covering multiple sports.
Questions parents ask.
Who is the camp for?
Children aged 7 to 12. No prior experience in any of the five sports is needed. Each day is built to start a beginner and still give a child who already plays something to work on.
How many children are in a session?
Each session is capped at 15 children. Once a day reaches 15 it closes, and there is no waitlist. Register early to secure a place.
What should my child bring?
A filled water bottle, training clothes they can move freely in, and covered sports shoes. We will send any notes specific to a day, such as climbing or judo, in your confirmation before the camp begins.
How do we pay?
Registration and payment are both handled on ClassCard. Choose the bundle, pay, and you are registered. Alternatively, registration can also be done via our whatsapp.
